BALM Lemon (Melissa officinalis) - Used in salads and drinks. Bruised leaves give off lemon scent. Height: 60cms
BURNET Salad (Poterium sanguisorba) - Young cucumber flavoured leaves used in salads. Height: 30cm
CATNEP (Nepeta Cataria) - White flowers in summer. Cats adore the scent of the grey leaves, can be used to make a sleep inducing tea. Height: 90cm
